Ebike Cape Town terms and conditions

​ RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND TOUR BOOKING

​

  1. To make your reservation use our online booking tour calendar system.

  2. For your reservation, you will have to complete the booking form with all information requested to assure your booking goes through and that will include payment.

  3. The online system is driven by bicycle size availability and the number of bookings for the chosen day. 

  4. If the day you would like to book on the calendar is crossed, it means that there is no availability for that specific day or tour, please choose another day.

  5. After your booking is confirmed and paid, you will have up to 21 days before your booking day to cancel to be entitled to a refund. See Q&A for more information on refunds and cancellation policy.

  6. In the case of a no-show, no refund will be made.

  7. In case of extremely bad weather conditions, the tour will be rescheduled if possible, otherwise, 90% of the full amount will be refunded.

  8. Remember that you must be 16 years old, the minimum size is 1m60 and 105kg for the weight  (if you do not adhere to these conditions and show up at the tour we will not be able to accommodate you or refund you)

  9. By confirming your booking you automatically confirm that you agree with these terms.

  10. Ebike Cape Town is a registered South African company and all bookings are concluded in South Africa and shall be interpreted according to the laws of South Africa.

  11. You will have to sign a waiver (delivered to you after confirmation of your booking) pertaining that all participation in the tours is at your own risk and that Ebike Cape Town and their agents, and employees, cannot be held responsible for any injuries, loss or damage caused even in the event of negligence. All the costs in the event of injury will be your responsibility.

Condition for participation Ebike Cape Town tours:

The client agrees to use the bike reasonably and prudently.

The client declares to be able to use an electric bicycle and to have the physical fitness adapted to this use.

The client undertakes to respect the rules of the road and the safety instructions issued by Ebike Cape Town, both in the car park and on public roads.

The client is not allowed to leave the group unless he has been invited by the escort.

The client is solely responsible for his actions on public roads and in the car park. Ebike Cape Town can not be held responsible for any accident that occurs due to the behaviour of the client or a third party.

The client must take care of the Electric Bike and its equipment under its responsibility, this includes the restitution of the bike

The client undertakes to return the bike made available at the end of the visit.
